Payments as well as refunds for shipments are all invoiced in Euros (EUR).

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD
When clients place orders online, credit card details are forwarded to a protect online banking system. Comodo SSL Certificate.
The card will be debited at the moment of purchase.

PAYMENT BY WIRE TRANSFER
Bank transfer orders will be reserved for 48 hours and will only be shipped once bank transfer has been confirmed. A copy of the bank transfer confirmation must be sent to orders@edenlun.com within these 48 hours. Possible transfer costs as well as bank charges shall be borne by the customer.
Your order will be dispatched upon receipt of payment on our account.
PAYMENT SECURITY
EDEN LUN’s clients are guaranteed maximum credit card security because all transactions are processed using a Comodo SSL certificate.
DELIVERY TIME AND COST
All orders are processed within 1 working day and shipped with Fedex or Ups.
Shipping costs are FREE of charge. Insurance costs are responsibility of the client. Will be arranged with EDEN LUN before item’s shipment.
Depending on client’s country and item’s price it is possible deliver item personally by Eden Lun’s staff.
Once shipped, arrival time of packages may vary from country to country.
Orders inside the European Union take approximately 24 hours to arrive.
Orders outside of the European Union take approximately 2-3 days to arrive.
Shipments to countries outside European Union will be shipped DDU (Deliveries Duty Unpaid) which means they may be subjected to custom fees, import fees and taxes. These are the sole responsibility of the client and will not be reimbursed by EDEN LUN.
EUROPEAN UNION
The prices shown on EDENLUNSHOP.COM when shipping to European Union countries include import duties, custom fees and taxes and will be delivered with no extra costs.

NEW EUROPE
The prices shown on EDENLUNSHOP.COM when shipping to New Europe countries include import duties, custom fees and taxes and will be delivered with no extra costs.
Shipping costs: FREE
Countries included: BULGARIA, CYPRUS, ESTONIA, LATVIA, LITHUANIA, MALTA, ROMANIA.
REST OF WORLD
Items may be subject to custom fees, import fees and/or taxes, these are the sole responsibility of the client and will not be reimbursed by EDEN LUN.

TAXES AND DUTIES
21% VAT taxes are include on final price. Items shipped outside the EU and NEW EUROPE will be invoiced to client without 21% VAT as will be subjected to custom fees and taxes in their respective countries.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All orders will be processed within 1 working day. however, EDENLUNSHOP.COM will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by weather conditions, international custom issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of EDEN LUN.
All shipments are accompanied with an official invoice with the exact declared value of each item in Euro.
Delivery of furs and exotic pelts outside of the European Economic Community require by law an extra document for exportation called C.I.T.E.S. (CONVENTION ON INTERNATIONAL TRADE IN ENDANGERED SPECIES OF WILD FLORA AND FAUNA).
This document acts as a passport for item and explains that the material comes from an animal bred specifically for commerce.
These documents take about 14 days to be processed in order to obtain these documents. A fiscal invoice is required and thus the client’s credit card will be debited before shipment. Due to this process shipment time will be delayed.
INSURANCE
Insurance must be arranged between client and EDEN LUN. Once package has been signed for by the customer or gift recipient the responsibility shifts to the customer and the insurance is void.
We urge customers to not accept packages that are damaged, broken or seem to have been tampered with.
In such case contact orders@edenlun.com for support.
We do not offer returns based on these accusations once package has been signed for.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the particular characteristics of our product we do not accept exchanges or refunds.

ORDERS
Once order has been placed the requested item/s are automatically reserved until credit card has been charged or bank transfer has been approved, at which point the customer will receive an email notifying them the order has been accepted with an official receipt of purchase.
PRICING AND CHARGES
We currently only accept orders in EURO.
Credit cards will be debited in EURO, and thus, due to exchange rates, the final price will be calculated in the applicable exchange rate the credit card company processes the transaction.
Items shipped inside the EU union include taxes and duties within the stated product price. Customers from other countries may be charged for taxes, duties and import fees under their country’s law and will not be reimbursed by EDENLUNSHOP.COM.
